John Galliano is a British fashion desginer, he was the head designer at Givenchy (1995-96) and Christian Dior (1996-2011) as well as at his own eponymous label (1988-2011). Nostalgia, romance, and sharp tailoring are trademark Galliano aesthetics. His designs often evoked historical fashions, with spectacular and theatrical catwalk presentations. Attention to detail was paramount for Galliano, and each look had a story to tell.
